A nostalgic poem....about moving into a new life after finishing school.
The leaves have fallen again,
of the old maple tree.
Painting the ground red,
As the rule of destiny.

An entire season has passed
Moments gone, memories alive
The heart still yearns to belong,
in those cozy lanes of time.

The cold isolating wind
has begun to blow again,
Somewhere reigniting,
the long suppressed pain.

The laughter and the songs,
the ever smiling face.
The teasing and the scolding,
the warm,loving gaze.

Some moments last beyond
the boundaries of time.
Some songs of fate
are never destined to rhyme.

They make us cry and smile.
But most of all,feel blessed,
To be able to cherish
that time of life lived best.

The childhood days are past,
as is the smiling face.
But nothing can make us part,
from the memories we possess.

They will keep us going
-the hope of things to be.
The wait to see young dreams
turn into reality.

The fallen maple leaves,
The cold wind is blowing again.
But the faith in our hearts
Shall keep us warm in the rain
