The consequences of hating one you used to love,
The harsh wind wraps around my face,
The cold chills me to the bone,
I can see the ocean from where I'm standing
I'm far away from home.
High above the road beneath me,
Too high to jump, enough to fall,
Just one wrong move and I'm history,
Another stain on the past of fools.
My minds a blur yet clear as ice,
I can't think straight, but I don't think twice.
I scream out to the sky but nobody's listening
Stumbling forward with chest tightening
I see the concrete death way down
Hungry for flesh and a thirst for tears
I see you struggling on the edge
In my hate I watch you drown
Yes it's me who brought you up here
Yes it's me who is crying
Yes it's my hand on your chest my dear
But it's you who disappears.
