What we hope most to use well.
A short time,
Where all matters,
Or a long time,
Where little matters,
In either which,
Our fate may kiss,
For which we may hold and reach,
With our short fingertips,
We call the brief time,
We hold our lives,
Whichever which we caress,
We can only hope,
Is well spent.
