A review and reflection on the romantic and victorian poets I have been reading lately
Charlotte dreams of death,

Dorothy of the soul.

Within each the land is falling

From beauty and decay.

They do not turn from destruction,

Rather welcome its embrace.

To accept natures cruel torture

Is to understand its true grace.

Nature often takes from us,

In the moments that we wish.

Yet returns to us once every year,

A flower colored bliss.

Death does toll it bell much more,

And mourn in beauty must.

But without death the world would cease,

The creation of the born.

A cycle starts in death and life,

That continues round and round.

Victoria and poets see,

that beauty all year round.

Though death is sad and gloomy,

it offers many things.

A new chapter is beginning,

We must take it und'r our wings.

Morn thy lost love and preference,

With your morning tears.

But let those fall upon the ground

To raise erase your fluttering fears.

In life follows death,

However it may be.

Death follows life in continuity.

One more word you must now heed

Let thy tears fall on the ground,

And nurture the flowers that feed.
