Cold iron walls
Holding the monster inside myself
As it claws against the surface
Trying to escape
To be free
To show the world
Who I could be
Who I really am

Walking down the street
No one really sees me
The real me
The one locked inside the cage
Watching
Waiting
To let loose
Those desperate needs
