Yesterday evening a deadly scene unfolded at the Ringling Derby in Lanchester Pennsylvania when Howard Lynn, a three-time winner champion of the Derby and former general deputy from Montana, shot Jeremy Loomis, a newcomer and former rookie cop from Minnesota, in the back of the head while racing on the track.
This gruesome scene took place yesterday evening live on television. Authorities say they are sorry about the incident and have directed the police to investigate. Michele Kitts, live from Lanchester PA.
