I wrote this on my most recent visit to Chicago
The cars whiz

The horns honk

People yell

Taxis slam on their brakes

Police car sirens blare

Everything is moving

Everything is alive

Not standing still anymore

Trying to get from Point A to Point B

In as little time possible

Come night, lights light the sky

This is the city life
