I'm still bored
O' napkin,
whose diminutive size and
latent absorbancy I praise,
why are you so calm?

Your ambiguous, forgiving demeanor
helping us. Only to be discarded.
Well, I don't like that. You
catch our food, you clean our
faces, you soak our messes.

I praise you, O' napkin.
Although used,
crumpled,
rejected,
you're still elegant. You did
your job, and now, it's time to rest.

You may not be missed,
you may not be remembered,
but when you were needed,
you were there. O'napkin,
who goes quietly and peacefully
to your grave,

why are you so calm?

And so, I picked up the litter and deposited it in the nearest trash bin.
