“Have you heard the news?”

“Yeah. I never would have expected that in my wildest dreams!”

“Ah, well, it was unexpected...”

“I can’t wait!”

“For what?”

“For the tickets to go on sale!”

“Tickets to what?”

“They have to have tickets or everybody would show up.”

“Show up for what?”

“The concert, what were you talking about?”

“The Park Assistance Project.”

“What’s that?”

“The town is starting a special fund to help clean up and refurbish the parks and common spaces in town. They just voted it in in last night’s town meeting.”

“Oh. Well, that’s great. I thought you were talking about Game in Tow.”

“What’s Game in Tow?”

“That band that’s doing the concert. My favorite band.”

“Oh, yeah, I forgot! That’s great. When are the tickets going on sale?”

“Ten o’clock.”

“Hey, I can give you a ride on my way to the park, they’re having a meeting to discuss the projects.”

“Oh, great, I’ll come over to the park after I get us tickets. You want to go, right?”

“Sure! And you can help pick out which park projects are best for us. You’ll help, right?”

“Sure.”

Standing near the kitchen door Dad, heard them leave and turned to his wife, “The twins are really different aren’t they.”

“Yes, if you didn’t know they were twins you probably wouldn’t even think they were related.”

“So, did you hear the news?” Dad asked.

“You mean about the Game in Tow concert?”

“No, I meant about the town meeting’s decision about the clean-up.”

“Oh, no, did they change something? I know you were wanting them to change something.”

“Yeah, I’ll tell you later, I’m going to a Garden Club meeting. Wanna go?”

“No, I have cleaning to do. I’ll just listen to music on my headphones, have fun!”
