Throughout the 70s and 80s, Devlin Foche was THE anointed king of broadway. The former dancer, come producer, and director created and managed hit after hit over the course of his career. He developed a reputation of artistic excellence and innovation, but also one for being a borderline tyrannical perfectionist.

Unknown to nearly everyone, talent and ability were not the only secrets to his success. Devlin also happened to be a practicing occultist and mystic.

One common motif in all of Foche's productions involved complicated, intricately choreographed chorus-line and synchronized dancing routines using gorgeous, leggy ladies to dazzle audiences. A cruel taskmaster, Devlin drilled "his girls" over and over again, demanding absolute perfection in their performances.

Unfortunately, mere mortals were NOT up to the task of providing the kind of in-sync routines that Devlin wanted. So, he acquired a mysterious device that would give him the perfection he craved.

Foche had access to a small, ornately decorated stop-watch-like piece of equipment with multiple settings and complex effects. The chief use would allow Devlin to simultaneously project his consciousness into the bodies of his dancers, taking them over and possessing them. Once possessed, Devlin could operate their bodies with perfect synchronicity, allowing him to perform the routines he imagined in his mind.

Our tale takes place in the present, long after Mr. Foche's mysterious disappearance. Someone, has inadvertently stumbled upon his strange device, and chaos is about to ensue.
