Unresiprocated love... Not letting go
Whatever you mean... you don't actually say.
I see it behind your wide eyes, holding on to something.
Something that ends things, something that scares you, Something that hurts us both.

Can it hurt more though?
More than holding on to it? More than waiting for the other shoe to drop? Or... or loving someone who doesn't love you back?

I see it, but when I ask "are you okay" I see that your not, but you wont say.
Your lies cut like knives, hiding, in plain sight I see your pain.
Are you waiting for me to make it easier for you.

To start a fight over things that never mattered.
To make a bad decision so you can justify your lack of interest.
To walk away from this thing I've poured my self into... You!

Maybe I should make it easier on you and just walk away, but I'm a fixer and I'll be damned if I don't try.
