Welcome to Gigglegates Women's Asylum. These female patients all require treatment, and they've been sent your way because your establishment uses tickling as therapy and treatment. The patients will all insist they have nothing wrong with them...but we can't take THEIR word for it.

You'll be armed with feathers, brushes and lotions, as well as the other ticklish horrors this asylum has to offer. Your job will be to tickle your patients however you see fit. You can also schedule them for a pedicure, ticklish wash, tickle massage, extra therapy or even time with the asylum's pet kittens licking milk from their soles.

The patients must be barefoot at all times and can have more clothing removed as required for their treatments. You are permitted to have a patient totally naked if required, but she must receive her gown back after her session. You'll be permitted to use straight jackets, stockades and four point restraints to restrain your patients for their sessions.

It's worth noting that your asylum is currently developing a tickle itch lotion that you are permitted to test on your patients.
