Sometimes all you can do is breathe.
In, Out
Life is a circle
There is no beginning
When you reach the top,
                        Breathe in
             While the air is thin
When you reach the bottom,
And the air gets too heavy
                        Let it out
There is no ending
Life is a circle
Out, In
