Still to remember.
Green Mountain Memories

Green Mountains of Vermont,
Is the place I choose to be
May not be right for you,
But fits me perfectly

It’s the only place I know,
Where you are set at ease
In the valley far below,
From the mountains breeze

When I climb the mountain,
Sights still make my heart sing
Always the granite boulder,
Like a throne, and I am king

Next is a majestic giant,
A beautiful old oak tree
Relinquish quick my crown,
The king is no longer me

Above me is a crevice,
Where a waterfall is found
Before it reaches me,
It’s back on the ground

Crystal clear waters rushing,
Quickly ore the stone
At this point I get the feeling,
I no longer walk alone

This is the way I went today,
The path where I feel free
From here to the mountain top,
I relive a memory
