Short story/poem of a man during a breakup.
Walking in the late night,
You never noticed the pain,
Voices cried out in fright,
The moon glazed across the sky,
Cold chills brought the man down,
It was a little too late, she was,
A little too gone.

Tears dropped onto the cobblestone, among the rushing of leaves, it was never meant to be this way...a dream turned to a nightmare.

A girl suddenly came running up into the arms of this guy who felt like he lost everything, but everything wasn't lost.

She was here.

He held her tight just catching his breath, and as soon as he looked at her,

He just saw nobody there.

She was gone again.

She was gone again.

She was gone forever.

A breakup that hurt.
