Are you also an online entrepreneur?
I have been promoting my online business, DressesbyClauee, for several years while studying for a postgraduate degree. One of the things that has always aroused my curiosity is the question, "What does a customer want?"

At first, I had to learn how to take proper pictures and make the necessary adjustments to improve the photograph's quality. However, I needed more than that, so I thought that the costs of my products were overpriced, so I reduced the price of my items online to attract more customers. But still, I felt like something was missing. So, I did some research.

According to studies, quality is much more important than quantity because it builds a better reputation and trust that the customers will love and appreciate. However, that is not to say that you should post only once. It does not mean that you have to post too much. Studies show that posting too much will make followers unfollow your brand. It is also worth it to remember the social platform media you are using. In my case, I use Instagram, Facebook, and Shopee to advertise my products. Studies show that customers predominantly use Facebook to communicate and connect with their friends and family, so it is advisable to post fewer times.

I aim only to post relevant content that will attract and retain customers. So far, customers prefer quality content over quantity using Meta Business Suite, which tracks how many customers interacted with your posts.
