At the end, I should love me.
SELF_LOVE

Firstly, I want to ask you all one question and you must respond honestly. "Are you satisfied with yourself?" Ask this question to yourself. This is an important question that we barely ask ourselves. You don't need to ask others but need to question your inner self. Did you ask? What did you receive in the answer? Hold this answer for some time.

We have so many emotions inside us. But there are some of them which we don't give a name. For instance, When we feel burdensome inside but can't open up to anyone else. When we became emotionless and lost. Just like that, we can't give a name to those emotions. I bought this topic because I also felt this. And It's completely normal to go through this. I know when you have lots of inside. But, you feel like you can't even utter a word because people might misunderstand you. But do we have to make them understand all the time? The answer is no. But the one who needs to understand is only you.
It's okay to cry and to rely somewhere else. It's okay to take a break when we need it. After all, we are humans and not an AI. Nowadays, Even AI stops responding when it reaches a limit. Therefore, we need to learn to give ourselves good relaxation rather than continuously running for what we need.

Furthermore, As I described in the previous paragraph, we need a break too. Some of you might think that what about our goals if we take a rest. We might become lazy and start procrastinating. Also, you have to face them saying something we don't have to hear. But rather than being like this if we set a permanent goal then we can't procrastinate. We should take care of ourselves best. We should understand that it's only us who knows what's happening to us better. People might give us sympathy or advice but not feel the same pain as us. Therefore, It's better to take care of ourselves without worrying about the world. I am not saying to ignore them. If you find them good for your mental and physical self, it's fine. But if you think they are hurting you and your pride, you should keep avoiding meeting those humankind. For instance, They mentally give you trouble or accuse you, criticize you, and make fun of your weakness in front of everyone.

Moreover, I would like to give you my own example. There were many fake friends I faced them leaving me or talking shit about me. Because they don't know my real self. And some of them are around me. They try their best to make me sad, feel pressure, guilt, and terrible. They will never understand what I feel when they do this to me, right? They will always be the same. In that case, what I should do? Should I give them more reasons and ideas for torturing me? No right.
Now, Let's think wisely, If we show only them in this world then it would be half true. Put yourself in this condition and think what would be your reaction and what you would do in that state.

Additionally, What I stated before is true. And I want to say that it's okay to scream, cry, sigh, and feel pretty bad for what we are going through. Because if you do this then you are not weak but you are actually strong. We don't need to take everything inside our hearts and minds. If we are hurt then yes it's hurting. No matter what is it but yes it's hurting us too. Even if someone tries to say that our pain is not that big. we are making it a big issue. Then don't listen to them. It's not mean that we aren't hurt. Of course, we are. And mostly they will accuse us and criticize us for being weak. But always remember we are not weak. If you are not feeling good inside then talk to your most supportive and comforting human. The one you trust and love. Besides, we don't need to give a damn to them and explain them or prove ourselves. Do we?

Lastly, What did we learn? We are the strongest ones and we can do anything if we put our minds and hearts into it. It's okay to cry and scream our hearts out but not in front of others. Cry in front lord, your comfort person, and in front of yourself. Let's pat our back and comfort and praise ourselves. We did enough and we don't need to change ourselves for others. If you face difficulties then give a reminder to yourself " It's okay. This will also pass" And comfort yourself as much as yourself because it is required for ourselves. No one can understand us better than ourselves. Deep inside we need this love, care, and comfort to ourselves truly.

In conclusion, practicing self-love is essential for our overall well-being and happiness. It is not selfish to prioritize taking care of ourselves and loving who we are. By practicing self-love, we can improve our mental and emotional health, build better relationships with others, and lead a more fulfilling life. Remember, you are worthy of love and kindness, so make self-love a priority in your daily life.

"In the end, I realize that I should love myself with who I am."
