Confusing but still good...
Numbness...

"I am probably a bit numb upstairs, which is sometimes good." I read this quote somewhere. You can definitely understand this line if you require calmness too. It has a profound meaning which I explain here.

The speaker acknowledges their emotional detachment and sees it as a positive attribute in certain situations. This quote seems to imply that the speaker finds value in their ability to remain calm and composed in the face of chaos or stress. It is good for our mental health and also gives us time for ourselves.

Furthermore, I'd want you to share an individual instance with you. There are millions of thoughts roaming inside my mind. some are positive and others are negative. Positive thoughts are good for us because they bring us positivity and hope. But negative thought gives us negativity and bring us down. Also, when negativity comes inside us then we mostly start hating everything and separating ourselves from others. We either experience sadness and depression or occasionally become dispassionate or aloof. And exactly what my condition is right now.

Moreover, it affects us in two ways-- both positively and negatively, as I mentioned in the preceding paragraph. And this is good for me. I found myself calm and in control when I detached from all the things that bothered me almost every day. Besides, I can't say directly to someone or even myself that I am in a good mood. It feels extreme inside me like a burden. Therefore, I don't say this simple thing to even myself whether I'm good or happy. I just reassure myself by saying I'm okay.

Lastly, as an Introvert, having a good connection with myself and just some loved ones or a favorite person is enough for me. I get drained easily in a crowd. Therefore, I like to away from chaos and serious matters. And not to mention but I like to say here, even though people misunderstood my behavior and called me crazy and heartless, I don't want to change myself just for their satisfaction.

In conclusion, occasional numbness can serve as a warning sign, a break from overwhelming sensations, and a prompt for self-care and reflection, ultimately contributing to our overall well-being.
