This ain't no ordinary boarding school.

This is an interactive story. Each chapter tells part of the story and often ends with multiple choices. Make a choice and move to the next chapter in your story. When you reach a chapter that hasn't been written yet, don't be shy... make an addition!
The creator of this Interactive Story provides this information and guidance:
First thing's first, let me just clarify that I don't hate anime. Not at all. I even watch some anime shows from time to time. So don't go sending me messages saying that I'm just a hater, or anything like that. Second, rather than poking fun at any one anime in particular, this story is meant to be a parody of the genre as a whole. So lets just all have a sense of humor about it, and have some fun. Now that that's out of the way...

You've probably seen countless animes about someone, typically a teenage human boy, going to a school of monsters, all girls, or some other such scenario. But, I just had an idea: What if there was a school for anime protagonists in general? The rest just came naturally after that.

Welcome to Takayoshi Academy! In this world, pretty much everything is based on the Japanese culture of our own reality. The academy is a special sort of school, dedicated to teaching those it deems as "Potentials" to use their abilities for the good and benefit of society. These abilities may range from a natural talent such an affinity for wild creatures or skill at a game, to more extraordinary things like shape shifting or other such powers. Classes include such things as Creature Studies, Magic 101, and many others. No two students have the same curriculum, each education plan being based on said student's individual abilities. Upon graduating, the Academy's alumni includes world famous game champions, superheroes and other upstanding citizens.


You take on the role of Kyle Akiraoto, a new student ready to begin his time at the academy. What exactly his classes entail and who he meets is up to you.

Rules

1. Feel free to add your own characters. To keep with the theme and style of the story, be sure you give them an English first name, followed by a Japanese-sounding surname. (it does not have to actually be Japanese.)

2. I'll allow sexual content, just don't make it the primary focus of the story.

3. Unless you're adding more options, no super short additions. Please put some effort into your adds, at least three or more paragraphs worth.

I may edit or delete adds at anytime as I see fit. That's all for now. Enjoy!
