Twas Death that caused this hole in my heart
Broken and bruised
We're torn apart
Your spirit lingers
Invading my dreams, yet
Still all alone, left
Here to deal
Memories consume me
The bitter tears
Etched in time
Of screams and fears
Darkness settles
Through the years
I'll wait my turn
Cause you're still here
