Confusion

Up is down
Right is wrong
Inside is outside
Do I really belong?

Truth is false
Left is right
Real is imagined
How can I fight?

Fact is fiction
Lies are true
Friends are foe
I surrender to you.

Circle is square
Life is death
Ongoing, never ending
I take my last breath.
