I've finally changed...and for the better
I'm so tired of hearing
your excuses

I'm so tired of feeling
your anger

I'm so tired of smelling
your depression

I'm so tired of seeing
your ugly face

I'm so tired of tasting
my fear

No longer will your hold
be tight on my soul

Never again will your actions
change who I am

I'm through with hiding
from you and your opinions

The me that was lost
has now busted out

Try now and shove me down
you don't scare me anymore
