This crazy thing called life....
You are born, and eventually you die. In between is this thing called life. But what is life exactly? Life is different for everyone, it is what you make of it. It involves questions, conflicts, contradictions, and decisions. It's about desires, goals, and achievements. It's recollecting memories, and making new ones. And it's about living in the present. It is a gift.

~

A promise of things never asked for, so many questions, so little answers. A single tear starts a waterfall, flowing softly into one's lap, with no beginning and no end. No past and no hope for a future. Hand in hand with the present. And as you carefully tear the wrapping off the present, you wonder what is inside. You feel like a child again. But then you realize that there isn't anything to remember-no past and no hope for a future. A raindrop in a puddle, the ripples subside. This was how it all started. But there was no beginning and there isn't an end, right? Like climbing to the top of a mountain. Jump? You take the leap, and soon you're flying through the clouds and above it all. The end? No, the beginning. You're soon creating a whole new world. Your own world. The way you've always wished for it to be, your own things, your own way. With a past, and a future. And the present. You open the gift, and look inside, and the waterfall splashes out. You decide to dive in. If only you could have swam the sea, you think. Too late. Now you're under water, drowning. Yes, you think to yourself, as you peacefully reflect...Yes, now it is the end.
