Princess Suiraqua dreams of love imprisoned within castle walls.
Suiraqua moves slowly through the palace, her hand trailing along the tapestries hanging over the cold stone walls. She tosses her long wavy blonde hair absently and ignores the lowly servant crouching beside the opposite wall. She thinks of Prince Ryan whom she is meeting today and wonders if he is truly as handsome as her ladies-in-waiting have gushed.

She sees the old man up ahead, her father's magician and councilor, and she averts her eyes. He shouldn't be in this hall, she thinks to herself. He stares at her openly, his eyes roving her gown clothed body. He wouldn't dare speak to me, Suiraqua seethes inwardly.

"Highness?" He says in his deep, strong voice.

"What?" She asks without looking, her feet halting due to him blocking her path. "Sir?" She adds, tightly.

"It is time." He says as he takes her arm and leads her into a room a few feet to her left. Her room. How dare he enter my room! "Sit."

Suiraqua sits upon the bed and stares at the tapestry across the room. She feels his hands upon her shoulders. "What are you doing?" She demands but she doesn't dare move.

"You know very well. I do this every day." He whispers, his breath hot against her ear. Her gown slips off her shoulders.

"I am going to meet Prince Ryan this day." She insists as he deftly bares her breasts.

"Indeed." He murmurs as his lips find her breast. She squirms as he lays her upon the bed. The torment of his wrinkled hands upon her are too much for her. She shuts her eyes as he violates her, his harsh grunts falling upon her ears.

Soon it is over and he leaves her alone in her room, the cold air brushing over her half-clothed body. Eventually, she returns to herself and sits up, staring coldly at the tapestry across from her. She has told her father but he does not believe her.

Sadly, Suiraqua pulls her gown back over her nudity and stands to her feet. She lifts her chin and stiffens her back. She is the princess!

She leaves her room and ignores the averted knowing gazes of servants, some cowering against walls, others swaying as they walk down the hall carrying heavy burdens.

She enters the great hall and stares at her father on the throne, surrounded by servants. No nobility stands in the room and Suiraqua feels elated. She is the most powerful here. She is the highest.

"Father." She calls out. The servants crouch and bend, move and shift, but none dare touch her. "Has Prince Ryan arrived yet?" She asks.

Her father does not answer. He sits upon his throne among the servants and stares. His hair is touseled and his crown is missing, his blue eyes are glazed and spittle hangs from his lips. Suiraqua knows her father is unwell. That is why she must marry Prince Ryan, to save herself, to save her kingdom.

Matthus moves up to take his place beside her father and she remembers his breath and his hands upon her.

"He is evil father." She tries again to break through, to let her father know of the evil hold his advisor has.

"Prince Ryan isn't coming for you, Suiraqua, no one is." Matthus says coldly as he brushes past the king and stands before the cowering servants, who cluck and bow, cry and pray.

"Father?" She whimpers but he doesn't respond. He sways in his throne as one with the servants below him and Suiraqua shuts her eyes and screams. She can't believe Prince Ryan isn't coming. He was her only hope...her only hope.

Doctor Matthew Ryan pulls up his pants and smiles down at Susan Miller. She is his favorite patient at the Shady Oaks Asylum because he could screw her five times a day and she always reverted into her fantasy world of kings and princes. He was the fictitional wizard, advisor to Princess Suiraqua's father, Susan's alter ego. Her breakdown in the multi-purpose room had aroused him and he had brought her back to her room for another good lay.

Now, as he leaves her alone on the single cot in the small padded cell he catches the eye of Roger Dalton, who, in his maddness, sees the small demon who has haunted him all these years. It's hideous red bloated head bobbing down the white halls, an evil grin spread upon its mashed face.

Roger pushes forward and plunges the piece of glass from the recently broken television into the demon's eye and laughs. He is still laughing madly as he is sedated and Matthew Ryan is covered and carried to the morge below. The hospital is placed on lockdown as the glass is removed from the multi-purpose room and the residents are checked for weapons and injuries.

Suiraqua sits upon her grand bed and smiles. Matthus is dead. Ser Roger of the Royal Knights had saved her. He had slain the beast for her.

She sits in her bedchamber because her father commanded that she be locked in for her own safety. She stares at the tapestry and smiles.
