To my 7yr.old golden retriever who died of a brain tumor.
Thanks for bringing years of joy,
to both our little girl and boy.
You could hold two tennis balls in your mouth like falling off a log,
and catch a frisbee also, you were quite a wonderful dog.

Your happy tail and sweet little face,
will surely be missed and hard to replace.
As far as we're concerned, you were as sweet as candy,
and we hope you're in Heaven, outside playing with Mandy.

You considered everyone your friend,
right up to the very end.
We remember your beautiful coat, the color was light gold,
how you acted like a puppy, though you were seven years old.

So remember us with lots of love,
and watch over us from up above.
And if there is one thing that makes our spirits soar,
it's knowing that you're not hurting anymore.

As I finish up this loving poem,
we hope you're happy in your new home.
We all want you to know, even though we had to part,
Maggie, we'll remember you forever in our heart.
