A poem about my perception of the lives we all live.
Everyone around me moves so fast,
So I decide to slow down.
Everyone around me is smiling,
All I manage is a frown.
I remember days I caused the laughter,
I was the clown.
Now when I tell a joke,
there is no resulting sound.
I think I'm lost,
and don't want to be found.
