Written for round four of I2's contest.
Never let your left hand know what your right hand is doing. (An additional prompt.)

Written for "Invalid Item You’ll have to go there to see the prompt, since this very special one is not to be shared. But it is an awesome image!

Hands Of Time:

These old hands ~
are withered and worn.
This old heart ~
is tattered and torn.

This old mind ~
is fading away.
These old eyes ~
are dim shades of gray.

There was a time ~
when all things were clear.
Cherished moments ~
I now hold so dear.

Remember youth ~
the treasures it holds.
Memories made ~
stories to be told.

So, never let your left hand ~
know what your right hand is doing.

Keep one playing in the sand of youth ~
While the other, is writing and reviewing.
