Short, sweet, and to the point. It's a poem about a past.
Beyond my memory
there lies a past.
I'm guessing it wasn't good;
for the memories didn't last.
I search and search,
but to no avail.
My past is a ship
that can no longer sail.
I'm a Lost Ship...
I fight through the waves,
But as the storm collects
It rants and it raves;
It tosses me around;
And piles on the cost.
By misery I am bound;
By memory I am lost.
