something i noticed on holiday, my thoughts reflected into poetry.a father and son bond
Footsteps in the sand

footsteps in the sand
one following the other
Big and small
each footfall to his own
father and son.
I watch on the sidelines,
a witness to the bond occuring
only to be broken
by the coming in of the tide
washing the steps away
never to be seen again.
