Depression

Pain in a Bottle
I write in a messy style
The blood like ink is bleeding
The paper is crying back at me
There are faces in the writing
There are souls shining back at me
Pain in a Bottle
Somebody telling me to go,
Somebody telling me to stay
The blood in my temple throbs
Pain in a Bottle
My knees are weak, my lungs are tired
My hair is greasy like eggs in a frying pan.
My shirt is stained with emotion
Me wrists are draped with blue
Blue blood in my veins
It?s moving
I can feel it rhythmically
Beating in my legs and arms
Pain in a Bottle
My face is black
Black with misery
With sadness
The end is near; the end is not far off
It?s close to me
Depression
Cold like icy ponds
Like eyes in a magnifying mirror
Pain in a bottle
A creator in me
Resentment in my heart and mind
Hatred flowing out of me
Yelling at the one who hates me back
Splashes of anger at my feet form puddles
Angry all the time
Sliding down into the river of emotions
Pain in a Bottle
