Summary of this Book...
two children whose imagination and creativity lead them to a place beyond words. Together the two of them create an imaginary world where they rule together as king and queen, and their imaginations set the only limits. One morning; however, a terrible tradgedy occurs. It is only after one of the children come to grips with the tragedy that he finally understands the stregnth and courage the other child has given to him.
I especially liked...
the fact that I have had this book for over 15 years and never get tired of reading it.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
hug the person who gave it to me
This Book made me feel...
that there would be a tomorrow and another day after that too.
The author of this Book...
wrote the story for her son. The book then went on to receive The Newbery Award.
I recommend this Book because...
as much as we hate to admit it to ourselves, many children deal with the topic of this story. It is also a book that has impacted my life in many ways, and I will always hold it close to my heart.
