The book is about a woman, Laura, who is being saved continuously throughout the book by this guy who protects her. She doesn’t know who he is or where he comes from…what is his intent?

The beginning and most of the middle. It was action packed, well written, and presented good characters with a good plot.

How the plot twisted to yet another of Koontz's "government conspiracy” type novel. I didn't like how things turned out and I lost interest when I found out who this guy was who's helping Laura. You end up loseing interest in what happens.

Actually I ended up putting it down before I finished. I was able to guess what would happen next, and if I'm incorrect about my guess, I can’t say I’m interested it what really occurred.

Really excited, overwhelmed, intrigued, disappointed and pissed!

Has presented many extraordinary pieces of work. Unfortunately this is not one of them!

It’s okay if you’re not expecting something more from Koontz.

Because it turns out to be disappointing and not what you expect.
