Summary of this Book...
David Elliot woke up one morning and went to work. The first thing that happens is his boss tries to kill him. Minutes later a SWAT like mercanary team shows up and tries to kill him.

They bring his family in to convince him to give up and or killed. Telling them that Mr. Elliot is going thru some kind of midlife drug flashback.

What the heck is going on? Does David Elliot ever get out alive? Does he find out who and why everyone in the world wants him DEAD?

You are reading Vertical Run, a lightning paced non stop action thriller from Joseph Garber.

If you love books with an excellent villians, and awesome, MacGuyver inventions, then Mr./Mrs. this is the book for you.

I especially liked...
How there is a lot of action in such a small book. It plays out like a Die Hard movie, but that is the only comparison you can make, for this is on it's own level.
I didn't like...
The reason for wanting him dead, it seemed a bit strange. The ending could have been a bit more fleshed out.
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
Go out and give it to anyone I knew would read it.
This Book made me feel...
All pumped up with adrenaline
The author of this Book...
Joseph R. Garber

He sure does know action and it shows in his writing.
I recommend this Book because...
It is an amazing read and I think that they should make a movie!! You hear me Hollywood...MAKE THIS A MOVIE!!!!!
Further Comments...
There is a few flashbacks to Nam' but they are well done and integral to the story without taking you away from the action.

You should also check out the audio book, it is even better then the book.
