This book gives definitions for terms that a student of literature may come across. Terms such as "disemic," "phatic language," and "slipslop."

I find that the concise yet desciptive definitions are very helpful.

Being that this book is a dictionary, I don't think that I'll ever finish reading it.

Like I could finally define some of the literary terms that I come across now and then but don't know what they mean.
