Summary of this Book...
A collection of fifteen short stories that take place in and around Renaissance Faires. This includes tales by authors Elizabeth Ann Scarborough, Esther M. Friesner, Michael Stackpole, and Andre Norton. (from the back cover: From a master jeweler who unexpectedly gains a treasure beyond price, to a musician suddenly able to work magic with his strings, to a thief who picks the wrong mark--or perhaps the right one, to a policeman's encounter with Merlin and murder.)
This type of Book is good for...
Pure enjoyment!
I especially liked...
The fact that I didn't skip any of the stories. These were all very gripping stories that will enthrall a reader. (I think maybe the authors cast a spell on the books).
When I finished reading this Book I wanted to...
Read it again.
I recommend this Book because...
This is one of the best anthology collections I have ever read. I normally skip one or more stories in an anthology but every story in this one held my attention.
Further Comments...
I wish this book had been longer.
