This is a guide I bought and I'm still reading (started today). So far, so good. It is so good I decided to give you the opportunity to read about it. This specific book is just so good!

The book is divided on three parts: Inventing Characters, Constructing Characters and Performing Characters. This book gives good examples of characters and the meaning the author is trying to explain.

It went from the point of view of an author and an audience. It works on the way you're looking at the story. It does not work only with main character but with minor characters too and their place.

Creating and knowing your own main characters for your story.

The way she compared the different aspects one need to knows about the character of our main character.

So far, I like everything.

Better with my characters.

I found it very useful and it explains well the way to construct the main characters.
