Not only examine my own spirituality, but I wanted to find some more books about early Christian history and look into Gnostic books.

It's a good, positive tool to use to examine one's own spirituality.
I don't recommend this Book because...
If anything, you have to take a leap and believe in karma and reincarnation. If you aren't willing to believe in the after life and it's lessons, this book isn't for you.
