Summary of this Book...
An unusual book. A boy and his family set of to Canada, but after a storm he is thrown into a lifeboat with a collection of animals to roam the seas. But life isn't easy in the middle of nowhere, with nothing to eat, nd nothing to eat it with.
This type of Book is good for...
Humour, a well as a mix of adventure. It is a strange but thrilling combination of adventures of an rare character.
I especially liked...
How the author manages to turn life on a lifeboat, into a compelling novel that couldn't bore a person if it tried. It took me two goes to read it, and that's not a reflection of its length!
I didn't like...
Sometimes it was a bit unrealistic, but afterwards I looked back on it, and realised a book is a book, not a biography.
I recommend this Book because...
It is again diffrent from other books, I've mentioned before I tend to be a magnet to books like this, and here's another example.
Further Comments...
My mum passed this book onto me, and even as the slowest reader in the universe, it did only take her 2 months to finish this one.
