Readers with a sense of humor who like science fiction and are not easily offended will love this book.

The artwork in DearS is fantastic, particularly the female faces.

I'm sorry, but even in high school a nymphomaniac teacher is just not acceptable.

I'd like to see more from this artist.

I'm troubled by the prurience in this, but caught up in the plot.

It is absolutely, devastatingly visually beautiful.

There are far too many sexual situations involving teenagers, and then there's Mitsuka-sensei, who should be not just fired but arrested.

There're no explicit copulation in this, and no full nudity, but there's enough sophomoric sexuality to turn me off, if I weren't so turned on by the fantastic art. I'd recommend this only to someone whose interest is purely visual.
