This is a "Self Help" book, but it is not like the whole genera of books you buy so somehow you imbibe their wisdom and your life is so much better.

This Doctor got fed up with not being able to treat patients for whom "deadly emotions" were their main cause of complaint. So he wrote this book for everyone to read and apply to their lives.

His main thing is that when we go along not rocking the boat, when we bury our true emotions or not even acknowledge them authentically, then we make ourselves sick.

He gives some true stats, research, thoughts on spirituality and ways of getting rid of some of those toxic emotions before they get the better of you. This book requires DOING as well as reading. And the DOING actually does make a positive difference.

Anyone who has the time, headspace and will to find a way to make a real change in their hearts and minds. And life.

The applications to real life.

Like I had some control and ability to make sure that I had the tools to live the best life I could.

Is a Doctor, is a great guy, Christian (but not weirdly so) and writes well.
