This book helps anyone who lets people get to them. It offers plenty of scenarios in which people deal with difficult people and solutions for those challenging interactions. The objective of this book is to be able to live in an imperfect world with imperfect people and still be able to have healthy relationships.

I think the title is catchy. That is why I decided to read it/buy it. It probably has been updated, and it still circulates even though it is an older book.
