Seth Rogen plays a court clerk who has to serve people. We follow him around as he uses a number of disguises to get close to those he has to serve. He meets with his dealer, to buy some weed. His dealer is lonely and tries to become his friend. After a series of events, they end up blowing up a barn of weed growers.

Really, I can not recommend this movie to anybody.

The beginning was fun and clever. I could see some very good ideas went into it.

After the first third of the movie the plot goes down hill. It is neither funny nor silly. It is just plain bad. I watched it until the end because I hoped it would improve. Instead the movie achieved to get worse by the minute with no redemption at the end.

Angry to have wasted my time.

The cast of the movie was made up of strong actors with a big name recognition. I was almost personally offended that Seth Rogen and James Franco would give themselves to such a project.

Watching it is a waste of time. there is no plot, no resolution, no reason at all to watch it.

I was very disappointed.
