This is a beautiful love story about a man who is approached by a woman who gives him a watch and says simply "Come back to me". She is in her 80s and he is in his 20s. He is a writer and never forgets her and years later tries to find out who she is. She died the day after they met.

is really Christopher Reeve in his prime and Jane Seymour in hers. Both are unforgetably exquisite.

it moved me deeply and I will neer forget it.

This is complicated. I watched this movie in the middle of the week and at the weekend I suffered a most shocking death in my family. This is a great movie and I will always associate it with the death of my very beloved niece so it will always be in my heart. It got terrible reviews when it was released but it is memorable and heartbreaking.
