I especially liked...
the length of the book. It was short and to the point. Of course if it claims to be the "only guide" you'll need, you'd think it would be longer to include all the information you'd need, right?
I didn't like...
Everything else about the book. Running is a fairly simple sport on the surface, but it really needs far more explanation than this author was willing to give.

I don't recommend this eBooks because...
The book is NOT the only guide you'll ever need. It seriously lacks in detail, and there is no way a beginning runner could get all the info they'd need to start running from this short e-book!
Further Comments...
Most of what bothers readers about this book is its title. It claims to be the only guide you'll need, but it fails to provide any serious amount of information. It works to give the beginner an idea of what running is about, but the person would have to go out and get a much better guide to actually LEARN anything about the sport.
