Summary of this Book...
To begin with, I really liked the description of the book itself. Two neighbors who, as the reader, you slowly learn are naturally meant to be together even under bad circumstances makes a good storyline. I picked this book up thinking it would be a good break from my post apocalyptic and dystopian YA novels. I was not disappointed. I will start out and say that I will try not to leak any spoilers, but I can't guarantee it.

The book itself is told from two characters point of view. First we start with Sylvia, who is single and in her twenties. After a few sections from her point of view, Quinn is brought in, who is also single and in his twenties. Throughout the book, most situations will be from Sylvia's POV, followed by a recap from Quinn's perspective. Luckily when one of the characters is replaying the same scene its a brief overview and focuses more on tidbits such as something the previous character missed or wasn't in the same room when a realization was made rather than detailing the same scene again.

I'd also like to state that I was surprised to find that this is a smutt novel. Yes, I've read much more explicit novels in the past but this one can still get you sweating thinking, "Oh baby!" I'd rate the novel at least a PG13, not quite rated R simply because I have read much worse (in which case, I mean so very good).

One last final note, I will mention at one point in the story I thought to myself that I could see myself in Sylvia. Definitely not in the Twilight/Bella shell of a character written for any girl under the age of 18 who hasn't discovered herself yet. I honestly saw personality traits of my own reflected back to me. I think that's why I may have enjoyed the book so much... I was able to see an actual person in Sylvia's character to the point where I didn't always agree with her actions 100%, although I consented that anyone with the personality she was written with would have done the same. It made it all the better.
I recommend this Book because...
So if you like a little smutt (okay so more like fifty/fifty) with a good feel it in your bones romance, then you should look into this book.
