Some young people decide to rob an empty old house. Not exactly an original plot, but servicable.

This dvd is good for people who can understand French! It is also ok for people who dont mind an OK kind of ghost story.

I especially liked a few of the "scarier" scenes, and the generally dark atmosphere of the movie.

The english subtitles were terrible. Most of the time they made less sense than a lot of the items on WDC! The translations were so literal that many did not make sense at all and it was almost easier to try to follow the French dialogue.

I wanted to sit down and have a cup of tea and clear all those subtitles out of my head

To be honest the subtitles gave me a headache.

Probably well known in France.

It has a darkness and a few genuine scares.

Those bloody subtitles!
