Summary of this DVD...
Found floating in the sea by Italian fisherman, Jason Bourne wakes up with two bullets in his back and no memory of who he is – or who he was.

Everywhere he turns he is confronted by police and assassins. As he begins to discover more about himself that he wishes he didn't know, he realizes that the only way to avoid death is to pursue his pursuers to the root of his secret and uncover his true identity.
This type of DVD is good for...
15+ Mature audiences. Contains swearing and some violence.
I especially liked...
Matt Damon at his best. There are some interesting morals and a deep compassion that add depth to Bourne's character, which Damon portrayed excellently. No other actor could fit the role so well.

The Bourne Trilogy includes some of my favourite characters and scenes, and one of my favourite soundtracks.
When I finished viewing this DVD I wanted to...
Watch the next one! The ending is definitely satisfying but the urge to watch more is undeniable.
The cast of this DVD...
Co-star Franka Potente delivers a touching performance as Marie Kreutz, a gypsy-like German woman without family or friends who forms a friendship with Bourne and helps him on the road to self-recovery.

Chris Cooper and Julia Stiles also play key characters, with their usual force and accuracy.
I recommend this DVD because...
A thriller with lots of car-chases and fight scenes, lots of suspense and a complicated and captivating plot.

The setting is fascinating as well, as the story progresses across Europe.
Further Comments...
I haven't read the books, but I have heard that the movies follow the plot pretty well, except for a few deviations (which I think make the movies better).
