The is the second part of the third book in the Game of Thrones series. The book comes with the fight for the throne in which both blood is taken and gold is given. There are a lot of surprises in this book, ones which left me gasping because they weren't expected. It certainly had me hooked right through, I could barely put it down.

Anyone who has already began reading the Game of Thrones series and wishes to continue the saga.

There were a lot of shocks in this novel, some that left me reeling and some that left me grinning. None of them were expected and I loved the surprise that brought.

Shocked for the most part. There was a lot going on in this novel that wasn't expected amongst the normal character conflicts.

Has created a brilliant world. It's setting is brilliant, the lands beautiful and distant and the characters both brilliant and malicious. He's consistent throughout and has left me wanting more.

It's an excellent read full of mystery, intrigue and shocks.
