The fact it was set in England. I do enjoy books when I can understand exactly where they are. Books set in America might mention St Louis and, to be honest, I have no idea which part of America that is.

The love triangle with Meghan in the middle and then two brothers. Just reminded me of The Vampire Diaries, which I do enjoy, but I am sick of the love triangles.
