Summary of this DVD...
First things first - this is NO kids movie!

Although sharing the same name with the animated movie that my granddaughter and scores of other kids adore, that is where the similarity ends.

Three young people, Dan, his girlfriend Parker, and his best friend Lynch decide to go snowboarding. Lynch is not happy with this new girlfriend of Dan's coming along.

Wanting to get one more run in, the three talk a lift employee to let them go once more before the lift is shut down and the resort closed for maintenance.

The irresponsible lift operator tells his sidekick that there are three more coming off and then leaves, so the last employee sees the three people BEFORE Dan and his friends getting off, then stops the lift and shuts down the resort and leaves.

Trapped on the lift, Dan, Parker and Lynch are agonizingly aware that they have little hope for survival. Left to either free, starve or be eaten by wolves, they are faced with a heart-wrenching decision.

No spoilers here, but the movie gets pretty rough at the end.
This type of DVD is good for...
Anyone who loves suspense-filled movies that keep you on the edge of your seat til the end.
I especially liked...
How the three have to jump into survival mode.
I didn't like...
Their stupid decision to go one more round, or the employee who let them go not staying to make sure they got off.
When I finished viewing this DVD I wanted to...
Be sick.
This DVD made me feel...
Pissed at their recklessness, yet sad for the outcome.
The cast of this DVD...
They played their roles well.
I recommend this DVD because...
Its a good lesson to not take stupid chances with your life just for kicks.
